India technology players introduce touch-free vending solution

Vendekin Technologies, an India based provider of a touch-free platform for vending machines, has teamed with GoKhana, an India based provider of a contactless ordering solution for food courts and restaurants, to introduce smart vending machines for snacks, meals and coffee vending to reduce multiple touchpoints, according to a press release.

Vending machines powered with Vendekin's touch-free vending technology integrate with GoKhana's contactless ordering solution. Users will scan the QR on the vending machine to choose their selection.

"We are excited about this partnership that will enable seamless access to touchless, unmanned vending machines for employees for all GoKhana digitally enabled cafeterias," Aroon Khatter, founder and CEO of Vendekin Technologies, said in a prepared statement.
