India city to install cloth bag vending machine to reduce plastic use

The city of Nashik, India will install cloth bag vending machines to replace plastic bags with cloth bags, according to a Deshdoot Times report.

The city's municipal government said there needs to be more awareness of the plastic ban, which has been enacted in an attempt to reduce river pollution.
