Imperial Dade acquires foodservice/janitorial sanitation provider

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, has acquired International Sales & Marketing, a distributor of foodservice and janitorial sanitation products, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The transaction represents the 53rd acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
