TORONTO, ON, Canada -- Imperial Coffee and Services Inc. has acquired Madison County Food & Beverage Co. (Orilla, ON).
 
Imperial president Mark Steiner said the acquisition further strengthens the company's position as a leading beverage supplier in Ontario and allows it greater efficiencies in servicing accounts north of the greater Toronto area.
 
Steiner added that hard work, exemplary service and premier products have been the key attributes of success for Madison County, which was founded in 1963. "These attributes are a perfect match for Imperial Coffee and Services, and our values are perfectly in sync," he said.
 
Imperial Coffee and Services Inc. serves workplaces in Toronto and the greater Toronto area, including Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Ottawa-Gatineau, and most of Ontario. Founded in 1974, it has long been the market leader for office coffee services in Toronto and southern Ontario.
