Illycaffe SpA, has changed its strategy from focusing on foodservice and hospitality to the retail market, according to a Bloomberg report.
The Trieste, Italy -based company has already changed its strategy, targeting at-home sales to 50% of the total, up from 40% prior to the coronavirus hit.
Illy is also seeking to expand in the U.S. after selling a minority stake to Rhone Capital LLC, a private equity group.
