Illinois state lawmakers are considering a bill that will require at least one vending machine on public university and college campuses to offer emergency contraceptives, which it defines as a pill like Plan B that can be taken within 72 hours, according to akhqa.com report.

The bill would require the pills in vending machines to be offered at a reduced price.
