IGT debuts AI-driven gaming, digital content, fintech integration

IGT has launched a range of gaming, digital and financial technology products that highlight the company's focus on integrated, data-driven casino solutions, according to a press release.

At the center is TrueAim, an AI platform that applies real-time data to personalize player experiences and improve operations. Combined with IGT's Advantage X and IntelligenEVO systems, TrueAim supports automated marketing, customer engagement and floor performance.

IGT is expanding its cabinet lineup with the RISE32, which features three 32-inch HD displays, and the Wheel of Fortune RISE55 cabinet, which offers a 55-inch curved screen and multi-level progressive play.

In digital gaming, IGT is rolling out omnichannel titles such as Eternal Link, designed for both land-based and online markets. Its PlayDigital Engagement Platform, named Digital Product of the Year in 2024, now includes MEGA VAULT, which combines prize drops, leaderboards and jackpots into a single promotional tool.

The FinTech division, developed through Everi's integration, is presenting the "Digital Neighborhood," a suite of payment, loyalty and compliance solutions. Offerings include mobile-first loyalty enrollment, anti-money laundering tools and table game features such as TITO at Tables and mobile VIP funding through CashClub Concierge.

"IGT's strong product depth united with Everi's FinTech innovation strengthens a dynamic enterprise capable of providing unmatched value," Darren Simmons, IGT CEO of FinTech, said in the release.

Company leaders said the portfolio reflects IGT's goal to provide a complete technology stack that spans gaming, payments, compliance and digital engagement.
