ICXA accepting nominations: Elevate Awards honor consumer facing brands

The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association is now accepting nominations for its annual Elevate ICX Awards.
The awards honor consumer-facing brands that are embracing new customer- and employee-facing experience technologies.
Morgan Petty, ICXA executive director, described the awards as "a method of honoring brands who are strategically improving the way they serve customers and employees."
Winners will be recognized during the Interactive Customer Experience Summit, June 1-3 in Columbus, Ohio.
"After holding the awards ceremony virtually for the past few years, we are excited to bring customer experience pacesetters and innovators on stage and together in physical fashion again this year," Petty said.
Here is a breakdown of this year's Elevate ICX Award categories (Submit nomination here):
- Best Mobile ICX
- Best Digital Signage ICX
- Best Retail ICX
- Best Restaurant ICX
- Best Hotel/Hospitality ICX
- Best Kiosk ICX
- Best Emerging Technology in ICX
- Best Omnichannel ICX
- Best Employee-Facing ICX
- Lyle Bunn Influencer of the Year Award
The cost to enter is $300 per category for members and $400 for non-members. Interested parties may download this Word doc worksheet to learn more about the submission process and nomination criteria.
