ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The International Bottled Water Association plans to conduct its 2016 annual business conference and tradeshow in parallel with the National Automatic Merchandising Association's Coffee, Tea and Water conference. The events will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center (Nashville, TN).

The IBWA conference will be held from Nov. 7 through 11 (Monday-Friday). It will feature more than 35 education sessions offering IBWA members 20 continuing education credits (inclusive of NAMA sessions), and candidates for IBWA accreditation will have the opportunity to take the Certified Plant Operator exam. The IBWA registration fee includes access to all NAMA events. Some 150 IBWA and NAMA exhibitors are expected to participate in the tradeshow. The two organizations have been conducting collocated annual events since 2012.

The IBWA, which was founded in 1958, focuses on the needs of the bottled water industry.

The NAMA CTW conference will run from Tuesday, Nov. 8, through Thursday, Nov. 10. The business program begins on Wednesday morning and concludes with a keynote session from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday. CTW is said to be the world's largest event dedicated to the $4.25 billion U.S. coffee service industry.

Looking ahead, IBWA's 2017 annual business conference and tradeshow will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center (Grapevine) from Nov. 6 through 9, again collocating with NAMA's CTW conference.
