Hudson to bring frictionless shopping to Colorado airport

Hudson Group, a travel experience retail provider with more than 1,000 stores in airports, commuter hubs, landmarks and tourist destinations across North America, will serve a new travel location, Colorado Springs Airport, through a 7-year contract, bringing its Traveler's Best Friend experience to COS travelers for the first time, according to a press release.

Hudson, a leader in contactless, automated retail solutions, will begin operating at COS on Sept. 1, 2022, with construction for the three new stores starting in 2023. The new stores will operate under the HG COS Concessionaires JV with local Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise Partner Uyen Le, owner of two Beauty Bars in Colorado Springs.

The airport will feature Hudson Nonstop, which allows travelers to skip the checkout lines.
