Houston bowling venue to introduce FEC concept

Palace Bowling Lanes will be introducing a family entertainment concept in June, including an eight-lane bowling alley, gaming arcade, restaurant and sports lounge, according to a report in The Houston Chronicle.

Convive Hospitality Consulting is coordinating the food and beverage program with a menu form Ryan Hildebrand, a consulting chef. Chef Efrain Villareal will execute the menu while beverage director Jennifer Caldwell will oversea cocktail menus.

The 27,000-square-foot space will feature a 159-seat lounge and restaurant, a 3,900-square-foot arcade and a 600-square-foot e-sports lounge.
