Hofmann Sausage introduces jerky and sausage flavors

Hofmann Sausage Co., a Syracuse, New York-based manufacturer of sausages for the foodservice industry, has introduced three flavors of smoked beef jerky and two flavors of summer sausage, according to a press release.

In addition to Prime Rib Smoked Beef Jerky, Hofmann now offers Cherry Maple, Blazin' Hot and Honey BBQ. New summer sausage products include Hickory and Hickory & Cheddar.

The products are available through wholesale foodservice distributors as well as on the company's website, hofmannsausage.com, Pat Favalo, national sales manager, told this website.
