Healthy Generation Vending buys Alltexas Vending

Healthy Generation Vending, based in Humble, Texas, recently acquired the assets of Alltexas Vending in Houston for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

"We are excited to work with the customers of Alltexas Vending and continue the great service that Brad (Bolin) always offered to his customers over the years," Tim Ray, chief executive of Healthy Generation Vending, said in the press release.

Bolin launched Alltexas Vending 17 years ago.

Mike Ferguson of VMAC Solutions brokered the transaction.
