Harbor Wholesale acquires Rich & Rhine Wholesale

Harbor Wholesale, the Lacey, Washington based convenience store wholesale distributor, has acquired Portland, Oregon based Rich & Rhine Wholesale for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Rich & Rhine will continue to operate independently from its Portland based distribution center under the leadership of its current president, Ron Squires.

Harbor Wholesale currently operates distribution centers in Lacey, Washington, Roseburg, Oregon and now Portland, Oregon as Rich & Rhine Wholesale, a Harbor Wholesale company.

The combined companies will serve more than 4,500 independent retailers throughout the Northwest.
