Harbor Foodservice acquires NW Foodservice Distribution

Harbor Foodservice, based in Kent, Washington, has acquired Longview, Washington-based NW Foodservice Distribution Inc., a broadline foodservice distributor servicing southwest Washington and northwest Oregon, according to a press release.

Terms of the acquisition were not revealed.
