Hain Celestial Group to acquire ParmCrisps, Thinsters brands

The Hain Celestial Group Inc. has agreed to acquire That's How We Roll, the producer and marketer of ParmCrisps and Thinsters from Clearlake Capital Group for approximately $259 million, according to a press release.

ParmCrisps are high-protein, low carb cheese crisps and snack mixes. Thinsters are crispy thin cookies made from non-GMO ingredients. All products are available in a variety of flavors.
