Lawmakers in Guam are looking to ban tobacco and vape products from vending machines, according to a Pacific Daily News report.
Sen. Sabina Perez, who introduced the bill, said the last license for a tobacco vending machine expired in 2018, but the bill is needed to eliminate a loophole allowing access to tobacco and nicotine products.
Sen. Chris Barnett, the bill's co-sponsor, said vape product vending machines are "all the rage" in other jurisdictions.
