GS Foods Group acquires Diamond Foods

GS Foods Group Inc., a foodservice distributor owned by affiliates of Highview Capital, LLC and A&M Capital Partners, has acquired Diamond Foods, a regional K-12 food distributor based in New Orleans, Louisiana, according to a press release.

By integrating Diamond Foods into its Louisiana operations, GS Foods builds on its recent acquisition of Lamm Foods and enhances its services in the region.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
