GS Foods acquires Thurston Foods

GS Foods Group, Inc., a food distributor owned by affiliates of Highview Capital LLC and A&M Capital Partners, has acquired Thurston Foods Inc., a full-service food distributor based in Wallingford, Connecticut, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The acquisition of Thurston Foods will be the company's largest to date, expanding the footprint across the Northeastern region.
