Groupe SEB acquires La San Marco business from Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group

Groupe SEB, a France-based multinational that owns Montebellow, California-based Wilbur Curtis Co., along with other coffee equipment brands, has acquired the La San Marco family-run business from the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, which manufactures professional coffee machines, for an undisclosed sum, according to the press release.

Before being fully acquired by Groupe SEB, La San Marco, which mainly manufactures products at Gradisca d'Isonzo, Italy, was 85.3% held by the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group and 9.6% owned by minority shareholders, with 5.1% treasury stock.

La San Marco annual revenue of was €19.7 million ($21.05 million) for the12 months ending September 2022.
