Golden State Foods promotes Kate Starr to group communications VP

Golden State Foods Inc., a wholesale supplier to the foodservice and retail industries based in Irvine, California, has promoted Kate Starr from senior director, global branding and communications, to group vice president, communications, according to a press release.

"Kate's background and extensive experience will enable her to build on a solid foundation and help elevate our communications strategy and vision to the next level," Ed Rodriguez, GSF's corporate senior vice president and chief human resources officer, said in the press release.
