GlacierPoint Enterprises acquires Cool River Beverages

GlacierPoint Enterprises Inc., a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC and a direct store delivery distributor of ice cream and other frozen products throughout the Eastern Seaboard, has acquired Cool River Beverages LLC, a specialty beverage distribution platform in the New York Metro area, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

GlacierPoint Enterprises Inc., based in The Bronx, New York, is the exclusive DSD distributor of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and Unilever Ice Cream, featuring brands such as Häagen-Dazs, Ben & Jerry's and Nestlé.

Cool River, also based in The Bronx, is the exclusive DSD distributor of Nestlé -branded beverages throughout the New York City metro area.
