GlacierPoint acquires Marina Ice Cream Corp.

GlacierPoint Enterprises Inc. — a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC and parent company of E&M Logistics, Jack & Jill, Panza & Sons, Gillette Creamery and Southern Ice Cream — has acquired Marina Ice Cream Corp. for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Marina Ice Cream Corp. is a direct store delivery distributor of ice cream and other food and beverage products in the New York Metro area.
