G&J Marketing and Sales LLC will resell its payment technology and enterprise service to its national customer base of more than 2,000 unattended retail operators.
The partnership with USAT marks the first time G&J is reselling payment and enterprise technology solutions to its roster of customers through its team of more than 30 salespeople.
Founded in 1984 and based in Palm Harbor, FL, G&J markets products to the vending, micromarket and office coffee services channels for manufacturer partners including Kellogg's, Smuckers, Red Bull, Flowers Foods and Chobani. Its product lines include candy, snacks, pastries, frozen foods, refrigerated products, beverages and paper goods.
"Our new partnership with USAT enables us to offer a best-in-class solution to our operators, one that they have been requesting, which will help them to innovate and keep pace with consumer expectations, while streamlining efficiencies and reducing operational costs on the back-end," said G&J Marketing and Sales chief executive Greg Sidwell. "We are thrilled to be able to offer USAT's solution when we are meeting with our customers nationwide."
Malvern, PA-based USAT's suite of enterprise services include logistics, dynamic route scheduling, automated pre-kitting, responsive merchandising, inventory management, warehouse and accounting management, as well as cashless payment, loyalty and consumer engagement services.
"So many unattended retail operators are still reliant upon different technologies, systems and platforms that don't talk to one another," said USAT chief executive Stephen P. Herbert. "We believe that our partnership with G&J will be able to help a lot of operators who want to upgrade their technology but don't know where to start, or who to trust."
