SAN DIEGO -- Generation Next Franchise Brands Inc. said it's has signed two agreements with exclusive master franchise rights for its Reis & Irvy's frozen dessert vending machine in Ohio and Oklahoma.
Kristopher Barlow has purchased exclusive rights to the greater Oklahoma City territory. The $5.4 million deal includes contracts for 18 initial Reis & Irvy's locations along with an agreement and letter of intent for an additional 102 installations throughout the metro area.
Barlow has experience in upstream energy and production supply chain U.S. Department of Defense contracting and financial planning and business ownership. He is a partner in SNAP by Salubrious Nurse Practitioners PLLC, a healthcare company that focuses on streamlining the patient experience through integration of software.
Ohio-based franchisee Ken Green is part of a group of private investors who will operate under the name Reis & Irvy's Columbus. The $4.17 million, exclusive territory deal includes contracts for 18 initial Reis & Irvy's locations. It also includes an agreement and letter of intent for an additional 81 locations throughout the metro area as part of an agreement that secures the group's exclusive rights to the greater Columbus area, the 14th largest city in the United States, home to 2.1 million people.
Generation Next Franchise Brands says it has 255 Reis & Irvy's franchisees across the U.S. with more than 1,275 pending frozen yogurt vender installation.
