General Mills to sell Yoplait European business to French dairy co-op

General Mills Inc. will sell its Yoplait European business to Sodiaal, a Paris-based dairy cooperative which has held 49% of the business, according to a report in LesEchos, a French newspaper.

The transaction does not impact U.S. or Canadian activities.
