GameTime acquires iT’Z Family & Fun sites in Texas

GameTime, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based multi-unit family entertainment center with full-service bar and dining experiences, attractions, arcades and meeting spaces, has expanded beyond Florida with the purchase of two iT'Z Family & Fun facilities in Texas, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

The Texas facilities offer a combined 131,000 square feet of entertainment space with more than 400 games, attractions, food and beverage, corporate and birthday party amenities, and a total of 24 bowling lanes.

As part of the transformation, Semnox Solutions will implement its Parafait venue management platform, replacing five existing systems in each venue. The Parafait ecosystem offers an integrated solution that spans multi-channel sales platforms, online functionality, venue point-of-sale systems, self-service kiosks, RFID-based debit card systems, tap-to-play functionality and more.

GameTime will also be utilizing food and beverage inventory and redemption management with kitchen display systems.
