Frozen juice vending machine offers hammer to achieve optimum texture

A vending machine in a Tokyo subway station offers frozen banana juice pouches along with hammers to help the frozen juice heat at optimum texture, according to a soranews24.com report.

The frozen juice, offered in a Frozen24 closed front machine, thaws in two hours at room temperature, seven hours in the refrigerator and one minute and 40 seconds in the microwave.

The pouch, which costs 1,600 yen ($11.85.) comes in an insulated bag with a straw and the hammer.
