CHICAGO -- Foundations Entertainment University said it drew 56 participants, including its six faculty members, to its multiday workshop held here from Aug. 8 to 10. It was FEU's 43rd session.
Participants came from 20 states and the United Kingdom for three days of advanced education on the family entertainment center industry. Among the session's participants were locally based trade association and media officials. They were the American Amusement Machine Association's Pete Gustafson, Tina Schwartz and Ashley Davis, and the Amusement and Music Operators Association's Maggie Kapinos, along with Bowling Center Management Magazine's Barbara Peltz.
FEU's presenters included Randy White of White Hutchinson Leisure & Learning; Frank 'the Crank' Seninsky and Jerry Merola of Alpha-Omega Amusements and Amusement Entertainment Management; Peter F. Olesen of Entertainment Concepts; and Kevin Williams of KWP Ltd.
