Healey's venture began with the purchase of a used vending machine on eBay for £700 (approximately $890 USD). After initial struggles, she refined her business strategy, focusing on sales analysis and strategic placement of machines. Coca-Cola products have proven to be the most profitable item.

"Then I broke up with an ex, and I think that's what drove me to change my life and buy a vending machine," Healey told the news outlet.
