Food ordering platform acquires Compass Group’s technology food business Feedr

EatFirst, a U.K. based food ordering platform serving Europe and Australia, has acquired Compass Group UK & Ireland's technology food business, Feedr, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Under the arrangement, Compass Group has secured a stake in EatFirst's European business.

The companies will continue their exclusive partnership in the U.K. to serve clients where kitchen facilities are not available.

Feedr, launched in 2016, will continue to provide its services to its existing clients.
