Utah town orders vending machine off residential driveway

Saratoga Springs, Utah officials have ordered a man to remove a Coca-Cola vending machine from his driveway, according to a fox13now.com report.

Eric DeKarver wanted his neighbors to share his enjoyment of Coke, but the city and a homeowners association have other ideas.

According to the city code, outdoor vending machines are prohibited in residential zones except where at HOA maintained facilities like clubhouses, pools and other structures.

DeKarver said he will comply with the order.
