Five Star Food Service taps industry veteran Michael Chapman as VP of dining services

Five Star Food Service Inc. has named industry veteran Michael Chapman as vice president of dining services following the retirement of Charly Caldwell, according to a press release.
Chapman now leads the dining operations team companywide, overseeing more than 40 corporate dining locations.
Chapman comes to Five Star with 32 years of experience in the foodservice industry and is a 1997 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He previously worked as an executive chef, director and multi-site general manager for Aramark and more recently was the regional operations manager overseeing corporate dining accounts, government contracts, and stadium operations with Southern Foodservice Management.
