Five Star Food Service names Stephanos, Parks, Field to new roles

Five Star Food Service Inc., a Chattanooga, Tennessee based convenience services provider to nine states, has promoted three company leaders to new executive positions to provide a right-sized corporate organizational structure which will give the company's 35 branch operations the leadership and support necessary to continue their growth, according to a press release.

Mark Stephanos has been promoted from senior vice president of retail operations to executive vice president of operations, a newly created position. He will now be responsible for operations of all service lines companywide.

Jeff Parks

Jeff Parks has been promoted from president of Five Star's Atlanta region to senior vice president of retail operations, assuming Stephanos' prior role.

Frank Field, who joined the company 14 months ago as director of strategic initiatives, has been promoted to vice president of retail support. He will oversee all corporate operational support teams including the areas of retail administration, execution, compliance, loss prevention and acquisition integration.
