Five Star Food Service acquires Refreshment Solutions in Louisiana

Five Star Food Service Inc., a Canteen franchise based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has acquired Refreshment Solutions LLC, a Canteen franchise based in Norco, Louisiana covering New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Biloxi, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.
This marks the second Five Star Food Service acquisition announced this week, following the acquisition of Elite Vending Co. in Atlanta.
"We are proud to welcome the Refreshment Solutions team to the Five Star family and look forward to introducing our unique and innovative retail programs into these new territories," Mark Stephanos, executive vice president of retail operations at Five Star, said in the release.
