Five Star Breaktime Solutions bolsters presence in Kentucky with TOTL acquisition

Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a provider of breakroom solutions, has acquired Top of the Line Food Service, a family-owned business serving the Louisville, Kentucky area. The acquisition expands Five Star's presence in Kentucky and strengthens its ability to offer innovative breakroom solutions to customers, according to a press release.

"We are excited to partner with the Williams family and to continue serving the fine customers that Tom and his family have cared for over the years," Richard Kennedy, CEO of Five Star Breaktime Solutions, said in the release. "With our combined resources, we look forward to expanding our offerings in vending, micro markets and office coffee services, ensuring that every client has an elevated breaktime experience."

Top of the Line Food Service, founded in 2010, has been providing vending, micro markets and office coffee services to the Louisville community. Tom Williams, the founder of TOTL, is retiring after a successful career and will be spending more time with his family. Five Star will welcome several TOTL employees to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the high level of service that TOTL has been known for.
