Five Star Breaktime Solutions acquires Quality Vending, Wayne’s Vending

Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a provider of micro markets, full-service vending and office coffee services, has acquired two vending companies in the Gulf Coast region — Quality Vending Services and Wayne's Vending, according to a press release.

Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Each operation is located inside Five Star Breaktime Solutions' current operating footprint, driving growth of the company's customer base in the Florida panhandle and metro New Orleans. Both acquisitions were completed in the weeks leading up to the new year.

Quality Vending Services, founded in 2008 by Steve Demeter, operates two vending routes servicing the greater Pensacola, Florida area.

Wayne's Vending, founded by Wayne Burckel in 1986, has been servicing approximately 90 clients in the New Orleans area.
