Five Star Breaktime Solutions acquires key markets from Premium Solutions

Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired key operating markets from Premium Solutions.
The deal expands Five Star's footprint in Middle Tennessee and South-Central Kentucky, , according to a press release.
As part of the agreement, Five Star Breaktime Solutions will take over the micro market, vending, office coffee and water service operations previously managed by Premium Solutions in the Nashville, Tennessee and Bowling Green, Kentucky markets.
Premium Solutions, founded by Steve Moseley, who has over 25 years of experience in the vending and office coffee industry, will continue to operate its remaining services in other geographic areas. The company has been a provider of micro market, vending, office coffee, POU water and bottled water services, and recently began in-house coffee roasting.
"We're excited to welcome the team and customers from Premium Solutions to Five Star," Pat Barger, director of mergers and acquisitions at Five Star Breaktime Solutions, said in the release. "Steve has built a high-quality operation, and we're proud to build upon that foundation to serve even more clients in the region."
