Five Star Breaktime Solutions acquires Carpet Capital Vending

Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired Carpet Capital Vending allowing for expansion in the North Georgia region.

Carpet Capital Vending, founded in 1999 by Eddie Gazaway, provides vending services, office coffee service and small self-checkout micro markets, according to a press release.

"Over the course of 25 years, Eddie Gazaway and his family have transformed Carpet Capital Vending into a highly respected vending company in the Dalton, Georgia area. It is with enthusiasm and gratitude that we embrace the Gazaway family's confidence in us to cater to their clients in Dalton, Georgia," Kevin Clark, regional vice president of Five Star Breaktime Solutions, said in the release. "This venture symbolizes a chance for us to uphold the stellar service synonymous with Five Star, while introducing innovative and value-enhancing products and services to our new clientele's breakrooms."

Five Star Breaktime Solutions, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, is an away-from-home food and beverage retail solutions provider for employers and other commercial, institutional, and educational locations.
