Through Emerald Brand's communication and consultative programs, Five Star will also be able to provide its clients with quarterly environmental impact statements, communicate health and wellness initiatives, and educate its clients on the importance of sustainability related to their everyday consumption.
"Emerald's range of Tree-Free, compostable and BPA free products, along with their measurement and marketing tools, is second to none," said Five Star Food Service vice-president of OCS operations Mike Laurer. "By offering these products and tools to our customers we are helping them meet their goals to reduce their environmental impact."
