Ferrero, the Italy-based maker of Nutella, has agreed to acquire Britain's Fox's Biscuits, according to a Reuters report.
Ferrero declined to comment on the value of the deal, but a source told Reuters that the company will pay 250 million pounds ($322 million) for Fox's.
Fox's, a 167-year old company, produces Crunch Creams and chocolate-dipped Viennese biscuits.
Ferrero previously acquired Kelsen Group and Delacre, both biscuit makers.
