Fantasy Claw Arcade, a Japanese-inspired claw machine entertainment concept that originated in Las Vegas, has launched a national franchise program, according to a press release. The company aims to open 100 locations across the United States.

FCA began in early 2024 with its first location in the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, converting a former shoe store into a 4,500-square-foot arcade with over 100 machines. A second Las Vegas location has since opened, and a third is planned for Hawaii this year.

"Fantasy Claw Arcade isn't your old-school arcade," Brad Howard, FCA managing partner, said in the release. "We've reimagined claw games into a gamified, high-energy retail experience. It's immersive, fun and the unit economics are game-changing for franchisees and landlords alike."

The company emphasizes a blend of vibrant design, retail-style merchandising and unique gameplay features, including "The Claw King," a 10-claw machine. Franchisees will receive comprehensive support, including assistance with site selection, setup, inventory, staff training and ongoing operational and marketing support. Locations can open with an initial investment as low as $245,000, with ongoing royalties at 6% plus 2% for marketing.
