Family Fun and Games LLC, an eCommerce and brand strategy company owned by Andy Denton, has acquired CandyMachines.com, according to a press release.

Family Fun and Games LLC, an eCommerce and brand strategy company owned by Andy Denton, has acquired CandyMachines.com, according to a press release.

The acquisition includes all brands and sister companies under CandyMachines.com, which provides bulk vending and amusement machines and distributes vending products.

"I couldn't be more honored and excited to lead the CandyMachines.com family and join this wonderful industry," Andy Denton, CEO at Family Fun and Games LLC, said in the release. "Kevin, Harris, and Jerry have built an outstanding business, built on trust and service – and we will absolutely honor that tradition going forward. My role with CandyMachines.com, and the entirety of its business umbrella, is to be a good steward of everything they have built. I have fully committed myself to this business and the vending and amusement industry over the past year and built upon the solid ground that the previous owners have provided, I firmly believe our best is yet to come."

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
