BRUSSELS -- The European Vending Association said the National Automatic Merchandising Association is its newest associate member. Chicago-based NAMA, which EVA said it regards as its counterpart, represents the vending, coffee service, micromarket and foodservice management industries the United States.
The associate membership program is designed to foster communication between EVA and trade organizations outside of Europe.
EVA said it has had a strong relationship with NAMA for the past two decades. "We have observed that in the OCS and vending industry around the world, many issues are similar and therefore we very much appreciate the support of NAMA and the exchange of good practices in our annual meetings," EVA said.
