European court orders Nestlé to rebrand its plantless burger

A European court has ordered Nestlé SA to rebrand its "Incredible" plant based burger since it infringes on Impossible Foods Inc.'s trademark, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.

The District Court of The Hague in the Netherlands ruled that Nestlé has to change the name of its Garden Gourmet Incredible Burger in the European Union. In response, Nestlé said it will appeal the decision but in the meantime will rebrand the product as Sensational across Europe.
