Elior North America announces leadership promotions, new hires

Elior North America, division of Paris, France-based Elior Group, a provider of contract catering and hospitality services, announced three leadership promotions and two new hires, according to a press release.

• Trish Spellman has been promoted from managing director to president of healthcare and senior living.
• Paul Kowalczyk has been promoted from managing director of Aladdin to president of Elior's newly created education segment.
• John Kirk has been promoted to president of Community Meals.
• Tom Heim joins Elior North America as general counsel, bringing 20 years of legal counseling experience.
• Chris Aquilino joins Elior North America as culinary development chef, bringing experience as corporate executive chef of Compass Group's Envision Group and as the owner of a foodservice consultancy.
