Easy Ice expands into Arkansas with Precision Ice acquisition

Easy Ice has acquired Precision Ice Company of Little Rock, Arkansas, extending its commercial ice services into the state for the first time.

Founded in 2012, Precision Ice built a reputation for reliable service before its owner's retirement. Easy Ice said the move strengthens its customer base and adds density to its national footprint.

"I am extremely excited to expand our business into Arkansas," Darren Boruff, chief acquisitions officer at Easy Ice, said in the release. "Welcoming new customers in Little Rock and beyond enhances our service capabilities, adds density and increases geographical coverage."

The company, which operates ice machine subscription and leasing programs nationwide, said the acquisition reinforces its focus on simplifying access to commercial ice solutions for businesses across the U.S.
