Eagle Foods to acquire Helper, Suddenly Salad from General Mills for $610M

Eagle Foods has agreed to acquire the Helper main meals and Suddenly Salad side businesses from General Mills Inc., according to a press release.

The cash deal is valued at about $610 million, according to MarketWatch.

The proposed transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of calendar year 2022, subject to regulatory approval.
