RICHFIELD, OH -- Eagle Foods has purchased Popcorn Indiana , a leading brand in the ready-to-eat popcorn category. Popcorn Indiana complements Eagle Foods' G.H. Cretors brand and private-label popcorn. The snack maker's portfolio also includes veggie sticks, chips and puffs. RICHFIELD, OH -- Eagle Foods has purchased Popcorn Indiana, a leading brand in the ready-to-eat popcorn category.

Popcorn Indiana complements Eagle Foods' G.H. Cretors brand and private-label popcorn. The snack maker's portfolio also includes veggie sticks, chips and puffs.

Eagle Foods also manufactures canned milk, leading the category with its Eagle sweetened condensed milk.

Popcorn Indiana chief executive Jared Konstanty will remain with Eagle Foods through the end of the year to assist with the integration. Eagle Brands is majority owned by New York City-based private equity firm Kelso & Co.
