EAG reminds showgoers of lodgings deals services for 2020 show

Prospective visitors to the upcoming EAG International Expo can take advantage of discounted hotel rates, and a range of other accommodation-related benefits such as flexible cancellation policies, through an exclusive partnership between EAG and specialist accommodation agency Event Express Ltd.

Summarizing the benefits of the pact with EAG, Event Express marketing executive Katie Hughes explained that "We are delighted to be partnering EAG Expo, and we are proud to offer our services completely free, with no fees for amendments or cancellations." The agency's reservations team will liaise with hotels directly on behalf of EAG registrants. To guarantee their preferred hotel, Hughes advises EAG showgoers to book their accommodations immediately, with a view to changing them later if required.
